📦 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Every order is made and dispatched within one working day and sent tracked with Royal Mail or Evri. UK delivery is free on orders over £15 (2–3 working days), and next-day delivery is free on orders over £25, or £1.99 on smaller orders. Christmas: order by Thursday 17 December (UK standard) or Friday 18 December (UK next-day). Full details on our shipping page.

🌍 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship to the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. EU express delivery is £9.99 (free over £35), Australia and New Zealand £14.99, USA and Canada from £19.99. Prices are shown at checkout and international orders usually arrive 7–10 working days after dispatch.

↩️ CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund, exchange or store credit, with a free Royal Mail label. Sale items can be returned like anything else; custom pieces are excluded.

♻️ WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement straight away, with no need to send it back first. See our returns page.

💬 CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?

At the moment we don't offer custom design work. Everything on the site is our own design, carefully developed and tested, and many come in a choice of sizes, colours or finishes.
